1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AXDEL at axdel.world (the “Service”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Dmitri Alenevski, Apt. 32, Bldg. 42/1B, Paronyan St., Kentron, Yerevan 0015, Armenia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.
3. What the Service is
The Service provides tarot readings for self-reflection and entertainment. It includes:
- a free Daily Card, available once per calendar day (UTC);
- paid one-time readings, each described with its price on our Readings and Pricing pages;
- optional subscriptions that include a weekly number of readings (section 7);
- a personal journal for your readings, notes and mood, gift codes, credits and optional premium card decks.
Cards are drawn at random from a 78-card deck. Readings are generated automatically by our software from established card meanings, the positions of the spread and, if provided, your question and theme. No human tarot reader and no third-party artificial-intelligence service is involved.
4. Not professional advice
Readings are not predictions and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other advice. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of a reading. We do not provide readings on critical health, financial or safety matters; questions on these topics may be stopped by an automatic filter. See our Disclaimer.
5. Accounts
You can use the Service as a guest or create a free account with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings; this permanently deletes your readings, questions, journal and orders as described in our Privacy Policy, and cancels any subscription.
6. Single readings, prices and payment
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) before you start a reading and again before payment.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- An order is confirmed when the payment provider confirms the payment. You will see the order in your account if you have one.
- During our beta period, payments may run in test mode. In that case no money is charged, no card details are requested and the order is marked as a test.
7. Subscriptions
- We offer Monthly and Yearly plans. The price, the period and what is included are shown on the Pricing page before you subscribe.
- A subscription includes a set number of readings per week (the week starts on Monday at 00:00 UTC). Unused readings do not carry over. Premium readings are not included unless the plan says so.
- Free trial. New subscribers can get one 7-day free trial per person. If you do not cancel during the trial, the paid plan starts at the end of the trial.
- Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price then shown, until you cancel. We email you at least 3 days before every renewal.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in one click in your account (My account → Subscription). The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid, and then ends. You can resume it before that date.
- Changing plan. You can switch between plans in your account. The new plan starts immediately.
- During the beta period, subscriptions run in test mode: they renew automatically without any charge.
8. Credits, gifts, promo codes and referrals
- Credits are an amount in USD on your account. They are used automatically at checkout, fully or partly. Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and are cancelled when you delete your account.
- Gifts. You can buy a reading or a gift certificate for another person. We email the code to the recipient on the date you choose. A free account is needed to activate a gift. A code can be used once. Gift certificates become credits on the recipient’s account.
- Promo codes give a discount shown before payment. Each code has its own conditions (validity, readings it applies to, number of uses) and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Referrals. When a person signs up with your invitation link and completes a first paid reading, you receive the bonus shown in your account as credits. Referring yourself or creating accounts to collect bonuses is not allowed; we may cancel bonuses obtained this way.
- Free readings we add to your account (for example a welcome-back card) are valid until the date shown.
9. Premium decks
Premium decks change the look of the cards; they do not change how cards are drawn or interpreted. A deck is a one-time purchase and stays available in your account for as long as the deck is offered on the Service. Deck images are based on public-domain works; credits are shown on the Decks page.
10. Your journal
The journal keeps your readings, saved Daily Cards, notes, mood marks, tags and saved phrases. Notes and mood marks are stored encrypted and are visible only to you. The mood tracker is a personal reflection tool, not a medical or psychological assessment.
11. Delivery
Readings are digital and are delivered on screen immediately after payment confirmation, saved at a private link and in your account. Details are in our Delivery Policy.
12. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Reviews and messages
If you leave a review, you allow us to publish it on the Service with the name you choose. We moderate reviews before publishing and may refuse reviews that contain personal data, questions, offensive content or advertising. Some reviews on the Service may be marked as temporary examples; they are not written by customers.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others;
- submit content that is abusive, threatening, or infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to access other users’ readings, accounts or our systems without authorization;
- copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit the Service or readings without our written permission;
- abuse trials, promo codes, gifts or referral bonuses;
- interfere with the normal operation of the Service, including by automated requests.
15. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, texts and software belong to us or our licensors. The card imagery is based on the original Rider–Waite–Smith deck (1909) and other works in the public domain. Your readings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Shared images and public links may be posted on social networks for personal use. Your questions and notes remain yours; you allow us to process them only to provide the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, meaning or usefulness of readings, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on a reading, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the reading, subscription period or product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
19. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
20. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service and, for subscribers, sent by email before they apply. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
